Hop Syndrome – 4.5% – American Pale Lager
The major flavors I tasted were lemon, grassy wheat, crackers, and some floral hops. It also has a spiced black pepperish note in there. Reminds me a bit of Founders PC Pils, but this was way less hoppy, lighter, and overall easier to drink.
‘Hoppy
lager happy
beer best found in a field
on mountain hikes or humid hot
porches.’
Lil Brainless – 5.2% – Fruit Beer
Tart, sweet fruit ale. And you can definitely taste the raspberries in it. Just like above, this also reminds me of a Founders beer – the Rubaeus from Founders, but a bit more tart. It’s a great fruit forward beer for both beer and non-beer lovers.
‘Lil ras-
berry baby
who needs brains, when you got
sweet summer sunripe raspberries
baby.’
Escape to Colorado – 6.2% – IPA
Escape is on my list of top 5 favorite beers, easily. This golden IPA is filled with juicy tropical fruit flavors, that beautiful burst of intense flavor found only in the mosaic hop. It’s crisp, medium bodied, and perfect. It tastes like sunshine.
‘Escape
dream big with me
Colorado calling
great golden mosaic mountain
sunsets.’
