King James Pizza

A spicy one.

This pizza tells a special story. The loads of fresh banana peppers, jalapeno, and hot hatch chile peppers are an homage to back when our son was just a little peanut in the womb.

We’ve always enjoyed some spicy food, but to our surprise, so did our little one. When Kristin was pregnant, spicy food was a consistent craving. And some of our earliest memories of James were watching him kick her belly in delight – or maybe fright – at the amount of spicy food Kristin was eating at the time.

One of the best parts of parenthood is watching your child experience their first foods. We hope that our little guy has a adventurous palate, and maybe one day, can enjoy this pizza named in his honor.
