Bengali – 6.5% – American IPA
A beautiful citrus hop aroma. It’s tart, with dominant citrus, tangerine, and mild bitterness. It balances out with rich sweet caramel malts, giving it a solid heaviness.
‘Sweet orange
dream, bold bitter
bite, this IPA just
tastes so right, a beer for those hard
day’s nights.
The Crisp – 5.4% – Pilsner
A nice spice hopped pils. Notes of cracker, lemongrass, wheat, and those good old noble hops.
‘Pilsners
sing spring beauty
wet morning grass, zesty
lemon flowers, or noble hopped
angels.’
Sweet Action – 5.2% – Cream Ale
Citrus and vanilla aroma, with caramel malt flavor, and other malt forward flavors like bread and crackers. Predominantly sweet and earthy, with some zesty citrus flavor. Pretty well balanced between smooth sweetness and bitterness.
‘Mellow
citrus sipper
an easy going ale.
Sweet action, again and again
once more.’
Resin – 9.1% – IIPA
Bitter, piney, sticky, and floral. About what you’d expect of a double. True to the name resin, that’s for sure.
‘Resin
is like drinking
coniferous forests,
a great green hopped high abv
forest.’
