Spicy White Cheddar Bean Dip

Bean dip!

white bean and white cheddar dip

It’s sort of like hummus, but with white cannellini beans and sharp white cheddar cheese. But like hummus, it also goes great oven fresh toasted pita. It gets it’s heat from some dashes of cayenne and a hearty spoonful of garlic sriracha paste, which then gets mellowed out by the sharp cheddar.

The bean dip is a quick appetizer  that costs next to nothing and a delicious way to impress your friends at a dinner party. Or enjoy as a meal in itself… by yourself. I won’t judge.
