Another crazy year. But at least the food was good.
Ah 2021. You were a lot like 2020. But better in most ways.
While the pandemic still raged on, it meant a lot of time at home, with a lot of it in the kitchen, which led to some creative and delicious recipes. But the biggest, best part of the year came toward the tail end of 2021 when my wife and I found out we’d no longer be cooking for two.
Yep. Our family is growing! Maybe that will mean less leftovers. Out of all the adventures we had this year, from visiting the Apostle Islands to exploring our new hometown in Sun Prairie, this news will be what I will always remember 2021 for. It’s hard to put into words just how incredibly excited my wife and I are for this next adventure. A whole new life awaits us in 2022 and we are ready to embrace it all.
