Here’s a quick flavor-filled aioli that takes about 5 minutes to make.
And it’s sure to spice up any dish – burgers, sandwiches, corn on the cob, French fries, or even falafels.
On a sad note, don’t make the same mistake I did. I was a few beers in while making this and falafels over the weekend. Sadly, I had woken up to find I put the mayo in the spice cabinet and not the fridge for some reason. RIP Mayonnaise.
Time You’ll Need:
- ~5 minutes
- Yields: ~1 cup
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup of Mayo
- 2 tbsp crushed Garlic (You can crush some cloves yourself, but I found it easier to just buy a jar of crushed garlic paste)
- 1 ½ tbsp of fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tbsp of adobo sauce
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 finely chopped chipotle pepper
What You’ll Do:
- Add all your ingredients to a large bowl.
- Whisk together until you get a uniform mixture.
- Chill until you’re ready to serve along with something delicious.
