Red pizza is overrated. Go green with this green pepper and pesto pizza. It’s packed with great flavor, a little spice, and lots and lots of cheese.
If you follow the blog, you’ve seen that I like to experiment with my pizza. We’ve made a famous sandwich into a pizza. And we’ve dumped chickpeas and chipotle peppers over other pizza.
Life’s too short for plain old slices of cheese pizza. There are too many great flavors to try. And that’s why you should definitely make this green pepper and pesto pizza.
The sauce is made up of bell peppers and jalapeno, so it has kind of a kick, but the abundance of the savory and seasoned pesto mellows it out. As does the abundance of mozzarella. And hey, it’s almost St. Patrick’s Day, so why not go green with your pizza?
