This has become one of my go to weeknight dinners. It’s cheap, fast, and delicious. Making it ideal for those busy and chaotic days where all you want is some good food fast and without all the fuss.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add chopped onion, cabbage, sausage, beef broth, white & balsamic vinegar, water, worcestershire, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tsps of garlic powder, and ½ tsp of cayenne pepper.
Mix everything together and cook covered for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After time is up, serve with spicy brown mustard and shredded Swiss cheese.
